Save the Date for the WMGMA 2018 Annual Conference

The WMGMA 2018 Annual Conference will be March 14-16, 2018 at the Wilderness Resort-Glacier Canyon Lodge in Wisconsin Dells. The conference theme is Innovate, Integrate, Motivate: Building on the Best. The keynote speakers will be Jim Mathis, a best selling author and Suzanne Falk, the Associate Director of MGMA Government Affairs.

Jim Mathis, IPCS, CSP, MDiv. is a bestselling author, International Platform Certified Speaking Professional (IPCS), Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), and executive consultant. He has been writing, speaking and consulting for over 42 years. He helps business leaders who want to reinvent their organizations in challenging economies. As a retired minister and successful business entrepreneur, Jim shares about business marketing strategy in a humorous, energetic and interactive style. Jim is based in Orlando, Florida and author of the best-selling book: ‘Reinvention Made Easy: Change Your Strategy, Change Your Results,’ as well as ‘Reinvention 101: Bold Ideas on Reinvention.’ Jim has presented for hundreds of organizations throughout the US, Canada and Mexico. His energetic, engaging style will help you to rethink, re-evaluate and reinvent your marketing, sales and management in health care services.

Suzanne leads congressional lobbying efforts for the Association and oversees MGMA’s federal advocacy efforts on several issue areas including alternative payment models, healthcare reform, and rural health. Suzanne represents MGMA on numerous stakeholder coalitions, panels and meetings with public officials in Washington, D.C. and frequently speaks at national and state conferences around the country. Suzanne earned her Bachelors in government from the University of Maryland and holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University, where she specialized in healthcare and domestic economic policy. Suzanne joined MGMA in 2012, prior to which she interned for Congressman Chris Van Hollen in his district and Capitol Hill offices.
